1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: If the products received are defective or damaged due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage(based on CIF), we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong product or the order does not match your specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will arrange for a return and a replacement product.
  • Customization Issues: For customized or made-to-order parts (e.g., specific die casting molds or parts made to customer specifications), returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing error or failure to meet the agreed specifications.

2. Timeframe for Return Requests

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Condition of Returned Products

5. Refunds and Replacements

7. Warranty
